入藏函（進藏證）
入藏函一般指的是外國人（海外護照的游客）或中國臺灣游客進入西藏所需的許可證件，由兩部分A4大小紙張構成，第一頁顯示游客的出行日期+景點名字+旅行社名字，第二頁顯示游客的具體的信息（名字、護照號、出生日期），并加蓋政府的公章及防偽標識。外籍及臺灣游客持有入藏函才能進入西藏，不能個人名義在西藏自助游。
入藏函申請及辦理流程
入藏函是持外國護照或中國臺灣地區證件的游客進入西藏必須辦理的旅游準入文件。游客需提前至少一個月提交個人信息進行申請，獲批準后由指定旅行社安排行程。請注意，申請流程雖不復雜，但并非100%通過。
